Top Quality Painting is owned and operated locally in Bellingham, WA by Mike Hamel, a long-term resident, and Reggie Harris, a Bellingham-born & raised resident. With over a decade professional work in the painting industry, we are experienced in all aspects of interior and exterior painting from repaints, remodels, and new construction homes on the residential side to larger projects on the commercial side such as condominium complexes and planned neighborhoods. Having learned from the bottom up, Top Quality Painting knows know how to complete a job in the proper process to deliver a long lasting beautiful product.

Pressured washed a 4,500 square foot house and painted it. Also cleaned walkways and driveway and coated them. Masked a lot of stuff, including windows and doors and did a meticulous job. VERY professionally done, and they were really hard workers. Would recommend them unconditionally.
